How it works

  1. Step 1

    Apply

    Fill in the form below for your company. We review every application, usually within two working days.

  2. Step 2

    Share your link

    Once approved, you receive your link and your code by email. The link works on any page of the site and counts for 60 days after the last click.

  3. Step 3

    Get paid

    When a company you referred pays for its first check on the website, you earn 20% of the amount paid. The commission becomes payable after 30 days and we pay monthly from $50.

Who can join

Only companies can join. Each payout is made against an invoice from your company to CodePixelfy LLC.

  • Consulting firms

    Procurement and grant consultants who prepare bids for their clients.

  • Business associations

    Chambers of commerce, clusters and professional associations whose members bid in public tenders.

  • Software vendors

    ERP, accounting and document software used by companies that bid.

  • Accounting firms

    Accountants and tax advisers whose clients take part in public tenders.

Natural persons cannot join. If you work as a consultant, apply through your company.

The rules in short

  • Orders paid on the website count. Orders in the iOS and Android apps are not attributed for now.
  • Only a customer's first paid order counts. The customer is identified by email address.
  • No spam: no unsolicited emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages, not even to companies.
  • No ads that bid on the Bidvalio name or use it in the ad text.
  • No commission on your own orders or your company's orders.
  • If a client clicks several affiliate links, the last one counts.

Company

The company's registered address, as on your invoices. The bank needs it for international transfers.

Bank transfer to the company's account only. Only you and our administrator can see these details.

Commissions are calculated in US dollars. Payouts in euros are converted at our bank's exchange rate on the payout day.
