1. Who we are and what this is
The Bidvalio affiliate program is run by CodePixelfy LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States ("we"). It lets you recommend Bidvalio and earn a commission on the orders you bring.
These affiliate terms apply together with the Bidvalio Terms and the Privacy policy. By applying, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
2. Who can join
Only companies (legal entities) from any country can apply. Natural persons cannot join the program. The person who applies confirms that they are authorised to act for the company. We review every application and may refuse one without giving a reason. Your referral link works only after we approve your application.
3. How a referral is counted
- Your link is the Bidvalio address followed by ?ref= and your code. It works on any page of the site.
- When someone opens your link, their browser stores a first-party cookie with your code for 60 days. If they later open another affiliate's link, the last link counts (last click wins).
- An order counts when it is placed on the website while the cookie is valid, and then paid.
- Only web orders paid on the website count. Orders placed and paid in the iOS or Android app (App Store, Google Play) are not attributed in this version of the program.
- Only a customer's first paid order counts. The customer is identified by email address, regardless of letter case: an earlier paid order with the same address, in any channel, means the customer is not new.
- If the cookie is deleted or blocked, or the customer orders from another browser or device, the order cannot be attributed. We do not use any other tracking.
4. Commission
- You earn 20% of the amount the customer actually paid for the order, after discounts and promotion codes.
- We may agree a different rate with you in writing. It applies to orders paid after the change.
- A commission is pending for 30 days after the payment, then it becomes payable.
- If the order is refunded before the commission is paid out, the commission is void. A partial refund reduces the commission in proportion.
- Commissions are calculated in US dollars, the currency in which the website charges.
5. Payouts
- We pay monthly, by bank transfer to the company's account (IBAN), once your payable commissions reach at least $50. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
- You choose the payout currency: US dollars or euros. Commissions are calculated in US dollars; a payout in euros is converted at our bank's exchange rate on the payout day.
- The payer is CodePixelfy LLC (USA). Fees charged by your bank are yours.
- Your company sends CodePixelfy LLC an invoice for the amount of each payout. Without a valid invoice we cannot pay.
- You are responsible for the payout details being correct: the IBAN, the SWIFT/BIC if you give one and the company's address. To change them, write to us at contact@bidvalio.com from the address you applied with.
6. Taxes
You alone are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes, social contributions and other charges on the commissions you receive, under the law of your country. We do not withhold anything for you unless US law requires it. Amounts are stated without VAT; the VAT treatment of your company's invoice is yours to determine.
7. How you may promote Bidvalio
Promote Bidvalio honestly, with information that matches the website, and say that you earn a commission (for example "affiliate link"). You may use your website or blog, newsletters sent to people who subscribed to them, your social media posts, courses and webinars, and conversations with people who know you.
8. What is not allowed
Each of the following is a breach of these terms:
- Spam. Do not send unsolicited commercial messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other messaging app, to anyone, companies included. In Romania, Law 506/2004 (art. 12) forbids unsolicited commercial communications by electronic mail without prior consent, also when the recipient is a company, and similar rules apply across the EU. Do not cold-email, do not buy or scrape lists and do not post your link where it is not wanted.
- Brand bidding. Do not bid on "Bidvalio", its variations or misspellings as a keyword in search or social ads, do not use it in ad text or in a domain name, and do not present yourself as Bidvalio.
- Self-referral. You earn nothing on orders placed by you, your company or your employees, or on orders you pay for. Orders with the email address of your affiliate account are never attributed.
- Misleading claims, for example promising results the service does not offer, presenting it as legal advice or announcing discounts we did not offer.
- Fake referrals: setting the cookie without a real click on your link, automated traffic or rewards for clicking.
- Reselling or rebranding the service without a separate written agreement with us.
9. Breach of these terms
If you breach these terms, we may suspend you or end your participation immediately. This means removal from the program and forfeiture of every commission not yet paid out. If we find the breach after a payout, we may ask you to return the commissions linked to it. We may also void individual commissions linked to a breach, for example orders that came from spam.
10. Changes and ending the program
We may change these terms, the commission rate, the cookie period, the hold period or the minimum payout, or end the program, with at least 30 days' notice by email and on this page. Changes do not affect commissions that are already payable. You can leave the program at any time by writing to us; payable commissions above the minimum are then paid with the next monthly payout.
11. Data protection
We process your application data (name, email, company and tax ID, country, payout details) to run the program, pay you and meet our accounting and tax obligations, as described in the Privacy policy. Your dashboard shows orders only as date, plan and amount: you never see the names or contact details of the clients you referred.
12. Liability
The program is offered as it is. We are not liable for commissions lost because a cookie was deleted or blocked, because of a technical failure or because a client used another device. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions due and not yet paid.
13. Independent partners
You act on your own account, as an independent partner. These terms do not create employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture, and you may not make commitments in our name.
14. Governing law and disputes
These affiliate terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, like the Bidvalio Terms, and disputes are settled as described there. This choice does not remove rights that cannot be waived by contract under the law of your country.
