Frequently asked questions

Is this legal advice?

No. Bidvalio compares your bid with the requirements in the documentation and flags, with the source, what is missing or does not match. We do not give legal opinions and we do not draft challenges. For those, we recommend a lawyer specialised in public procurement.

How long does it take?

You usually get the report the same day, at the latest within 24 hours of upload. Every report is read by a person before it is sent. If the submission deadline is very close, mention it when you order.

Can I upload documents that are not signed yet?

Yes. That is actually the right moment: you check the working version, correct it, then sign and submit. An electronic signature cannot be confirmed from the text, so we flag it separately as a point to check.

Which formats do you accept?

PDF, DOCX and ZIP archives. We read scanned pages automatically. If a page cannot be read, the report says exactly which one.

In which language do I get the report?

In the language you place the order in: Romanian, English, German, Serbian or Croatian. Quotes from the documents stay in the original language, so you can find them exactly on the page.

What happens if the bid is rejected anyway?

The evaluation committee decides, so we cannot guarantee acceptance. If the bid is rejected for a formal reason that was evident from the documents you sent us and that the report did not flag, we refund the price of the check.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, the invoice is issued automatically on payment, using the company details and tax ID entered on the payment page.
